The Board of North & East conducts an annual review of its performance and identifies any gaps in its skills set. New members with skills relevant to the business of North & East are invited to join. All new Board members follow an induction programme and are offered relevant training. No remuneration is paid to non-executive directors for their services as Board Members. Directly incurred expenses are reimbursed, if claimed.

The Noel McArdle Education Bursary is a resource that the Board of North & East started in memory of one of the founding Board members, Noel McArdle . It is open to all tenants with a clear account for three months.

We know, it’s only October and we are talking about Christmas, but it’s never too early to get into the spirit of things. Of course, we will be having our annual Christmas card competition and we fully encourage children, teenagers and adults alike to take out their art supplies and get involved.

The residents of the Moneymore Housing Estate, Drogheda have been chosen to represent County Louth in the All-Ireland “Pride of Place” competition. Moneymore are also the first estate in Drogheda to be chosen in this category, which has been running since 2003.
