Dominik Bartell joins NEHA as Chief Operating Officer, bringing two decades of leadership experience in operations management, strategic planning, and organizational transformation across the financial services, technology, and non-profit sectors. Throughout his career, Dominik has led large-scale operations across international markets, managing teams of up to 400 staff and overseeing multi-millioneuro budgets. His expertise includes scaling service delivery, driving digital transformation initiatives, implementing process optimization strategies, and leading high-impact change management projects.
Prior to joining NEHA, Dominik served as Head of Services at ALONE, where he oversaw national service delivery to more than 40,000 clients, achieving significant operational efficiencies and expanding organizational capacity. He also held senior leadership roles at WHOOP Limited, Volkswagen Bank, PayPal, and Electronic Arts, where he consistently delivered measurable improvements in operational performance, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes. Dominik’s extensive background in regulatory compliance, risk management, and performance culture development positions him to support NEHA’s continued growth and strengthen its operational excellence in the evolving housing environment.
