North and East Housing Association (NEHA), in partnership with Clones Film Festival and the Arts Offices of Cavan and Monaghan County Councils, has announced the appointment of two Filmmakers in Residence who will work with NEHA communities across both counties from early 2026 to mid‑2026.

North and East Housing Association has been shortlisted in four categories at the 2026 All Ireland Housing Awards – from the Chartered Institute of Housing. The awards recognise creativity, innovation and community impact across housing in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Each of the shortlisted NEHA projects and nominees reflects a strong partnership approach and a commitment to delivering homes and communities that support wellbeing, inclusion and long term sustainability.
