Welcome to your Summer 2025 Tenant Newsletter.

We are pleased to outline North & East Housing Association’s Strategic Plan for 2025 to 2028 (NEHA). Central to this plan is our continued commitment to providing and maintaining good quality homes for our tenants and to build strong communities for families and individuals.

The Tenant Newsletter should be arriving in the post or by email this week. All tenants will also be receiving a hard copy of the Tenant Satisfaction Report which outline the results of the survey undertaken by Acuity this year.

Over the past number of months North and East Housing Association have been working with Tuath to apply for funding from the Housing Finance Agency (HFA) under the Social Investment Fund to develop a shared green space in Ramparts Green in Drogheda, Co. Louth. In September both organisations were delighted to be notified of the successful grant application of €30,0000. We look forward to jointly delivering the project as Lead partner in partnership with Tuath.
