NEHA is pleased to publish its 2025 Annual Tenant Report, highlighting the progress made over the past year in delivering high-quality homes, investing in communities, and supporting tenants across our housing schemes.

Investing in Your Future: Your Education, Our Support  Applications Open for our 2026 Noel McArdle Education Bursary   In memory of Noel McArdle, a North and East Housing Association founding board members, applications for our 2026 education bursary programme are available for all NEHA tenants participating in further education and/or training.  

As the season gets underway, we are pleased to share an update on the work happening across North and East Housing Association and within our communities.

North and East Housing Association (NEHA), in partnership with Clones Film Festival and the Arts Offices of Cavan and Monaghan County Councils, has announced the appointment of two Filmmakers in Residence who will work with NEHA communities across both counties from early 2026 to mid‑2026.

North and East Housing Association has been shortlisted in four categories at the 2026 All Ireland Housing Awards – from the Chartered Institute of Housing. The awards recognise creativity, innovation and community impact across housing in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Each of the shortlisted NEHA projects and nominees reflects a strong partnership approach and a commitment to delivering homes and communities that support wellbeing, inclusion and long term sustainability.
