Vincent Keenan

Vincent Keenan was appointed Chief Executive of North & East Housing Association in 2014 and brings over 30 years of experience in homelessness, housing management, and housing development.

He is currently the Chairperson of Badminton Ireland and a former Chairperson of The Wheel, Ireland’s national association of community and voluntary organisations, charities, and social enterprises.

Vincent is a Chartered Director and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. He holds qualifications in housing management, community development, and counselling, along with a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies from Ulster University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Not-for-Profit Leadership.
