🏗️ Senior Development Officer – Construction
Are you an experienced development professional ready to lead transformative housing projects?

Our newly created Senior Development Officer – Construction role is central to managing and coordinating both Employer Led and Turnkey Led developments. You’ll be the key liaison with Design Teams, Local Authorities, the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH), and community stakeholders—ensuring strategic alignment, compliance, and successful delivery.

🏘️ Property Services Officer
Do you have a technical background and a passion for maintaining high-quality housing?

We’re looking for a Property Services Officer to support our Senior Property Services Officer in delivering essential technical services. This includes stock condition surveys, defect diagnosis, property inspections, snagging, and contract administration. If you’re detail-oriented and committed to excellence, this role is for you.

💻 Senior Systems Administrator
Are you an IT professional eager to drive digital transformation in the housing sector?

Our Senior Systems Administrator will oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across the organisation. From managing our ERP system and Microsoft 365 suite to supporting business continuity and vendor relationships, this role is vital to our operational success.

Location: Based in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 | Hybrid workig available after 3 months
