Full Job Description
We are seeking a flexible, empathetic and self-motivated individual to join us in delivering customer focused services to our tenants.
North & East Housing Association has been involved in social housing provision for some 25 years and currently own/manage over 500 properties in the North and Eastern regions of the country. We are committed to the delivery of high quality tenant and housing services. Later this month we will launch our Tenant Engagement Strategy which will enhance our delivery of services and help transform the way we engage with our tenants and their customer experience.
We now have an opportunity for an experienced Housing Officer to join our existing team within our Dublin office. The Housing Officer will be part of a team that will engage with tenants and relevant stakeholders internally and externally to deliver high-quality tenant services with a customer service focus in conjunction with our tenant support desk. The area covered may include housing estates in counties Louth, Monaghan, Meath, Laois, Wicklow and Dublin. You will be responsible for providing a professional service in tenant engagement, estate management and arrears management, through establishing strong relationships with individual tenants and the wider community.
All staff are based in our Dublin 15 office, however there is a substantial amount of travel involved with the role so the successful candidate may work from other agreed office locations in Dundalk, Kells and North County Dublin during their weekly schedule. We can be flexible with the successful candidate in how this is managed. The salary scale for this position commences at €38,105 per annum.
Interested applicants should submit their CV and a short Letter outlining their suitability for the role to HR@neha.ie by 5pm on Tuesday 30th July. We expect to hold interviews the week of 19th August.
Please note that applications without a covering letter will not be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
