Resignation of CEO Vincent Keenan
North and East Housing Association announces that Vincent Keenan has stepped down as Chief Executive, effective Friday 13 March 2026. After more than 11 years with NEHA, Vincent Keenan has resigned from the Company to pursue other interests. We would like to wish Vincent well and thank him for his contribution and commitment to the business over the years.
Interim Arrangements
The Board of North and East Housing Association has put interim arrangements in place to ensure continuity of leadership. An Interim Chief Executive will be appointed shortly to support the Executive Team and maintain the organisation’s focus on tenant services, housing delivery and ongoing development activity.
All services will continue as normal during this period of transition.
Recruitment of a New CEO
NEHA remains focused on delivering high quality homes, supporting tenants, and advancing the organisation’s strategic priorities for the years ahead. The Board will now begin a formal recruitment process for the next Chief Executive of North and East Housing Association. This process will be carried out in line with best practice and with the support of external expertise. Further information will be shared when the process opens.
