Passionate about Tenant Engagement and looking for a role that you can make your own? North & East is looking for a Tenant Engagement Lead to drive ahead our Tenant Engagement Strategy and Action Plan

2023 heralds a significant time in the history of North & East Housing Association as we celebrate our thirtieth anniversary. The Association was established in 1993 by a small group of volunteers and our growth since then has been built on a clear focus of providing quality homes for our tenants and fostering community development. We currently have some 750 homes in management and our future plans also include significant investment in improving our homes and energy efficiency as well as new  projects aimed at meeting local housing needs.

It was with much sadness we learned of the sudden passing of our colleague, friend and IT Officer Maria Brennan just before Christmas. Maria’s hard work, her knowledge and skills in training and on IT systems together with Maria’s flexibility, her determination to help others and to try and ensure the IT systems served staff, the tenants and board members was exemplary. Maria was and always will be held in the highest regard by all those associated with North and East Housing.

Delighted to welcome Ministers Darragh O’Brien and Helen McEntee to Duleek to visit North & East’s new homes. 22 A -rated homes delivered in partnership with Meath County Council, the Housing Finance Agency (HFA) and the Department of Housing, Local Government & Heritage.

North & East currently provides housing  and tenant  services across 11 Local Authority areas. One of our newer partnerships is with Monaghan County Council and we recently handed over the keys to twelve new homes in Lakeview, Carrickmacross.

North & East is currently recruiting for the new role of Property & Facilities Officer . This is a key role within the Property Services Team engaging with relevant stakeholders internally and externally. You will be responsible for providing a professional service in the delivery of property management services. The role also encompasses facilities and compliance management for all North and East apartment developments and offices, ensuring that North and East are compliant with all regulatory and legislative requirements relating to properties.
