The North & East Housing Association Tenant Handbook is given to all new North & East tenants. It provides practical advice on your tenancy with North & East. It contains information on the organisation and useful information such as methods of rent payment, how to report repairs, what North & East is responsible for and what is tenant responsibility. We hope that the Handbook will answer any queries you may have. The proceedings kicked off with a 3 course meal followed by music, raffle and a visit by Santa himself. A great time was had by all.
