As the Manager - Asset & Facilities Management you will lead in the implementation of NEHA’s asset management strategy. You will manage and lead the professionally qualified technical team in the provision of repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance programs and provide technical support to the Development and Tenant Services function of NEHA. You will also play a leadership role as a member of the management team of North and East Housing.

Delighted to welcome Ministers Darragh O’Brien and Helen McEntee to Duleek to visit North & East’s new homes. 22 A -rated homes delivered in partnership with Meath County Council, the Housing Finance Agency (HFA) and the Department of Housing, Local Government & Heritage.

North & East  is delighted to be shortlisted for the ICSH/Allianz Community Housing  Awards 2021 for 2 of our developments – one in Scarlet St Drogheda and the other in Stradbally County Laois
