North & East Housing Association has been involved in social housing provision for some 25 years and currently own/manage over 450 properties in the North and Eastern regions of the country.   We are committed to the delivery of high quality housing management services. We now have an opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our existing team within our Dublin office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development of a Tenant Engagement Strategy, the implementation of our new Housing Management system and the delivery of high quality housing services.

The North & East Housing Association Tenant Handbook is given to all new North & East tenants. It provides practical advice on your tenancy with North & East. It contains information on the organisation and useful information such as methods of rent payment, how to report repairs, what North & East is responsible for and what is tenant responsibility.  We hope that the Handbook will answer any queries you may have. Spring has finally arrived, the evenings are getting longer and lots of events are coming up in  North & East communities beginning with An Chearnóg in Dundalk.

Bank Holiday Opening Times:

Since 2014, Tesco have been providing funding for projects that contribute positively to the local community. We are delighted to be the recipients of this funding from Tesco in Bettystown.

For the past few years, North & East have run a coffee morning in the Newgrange Hotel for all of our residents in Kells and Navan.
